If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. If you have paid deposit or paid in advance , it will be returned or can cover the cost of the next session if you wish. 

 

If you cancel appointment with less than 24 hours 15 EUR charge will apply. 

 

If you will not give a notice and will not be attending your scheduled appointment you will be charged in full. 

 

As you will be given a protected time slot, it means that this appointment can not be offered to anyone else. 

Please, ensure that you inform about any changes as soon as possible. 

It is understandable that sometimes unexpected things might happen and there are possible some exemptions in case of reasonable circumstances.
